Accessing and Paying for Treatment and other Service
- Once you have considered how you plan to pay for the service, complete your booking. If you are self-funding for your care, you can either look through the services available and choose and book which service you want online, speak to our staff in clinic or by phone.
- If your care is funded by your insurance company, you must submit payment agreement letter and your doctor’s letter prior to your first consultation.
- If your local health authority or council is paying for your care, you must submit their payment agreement letter and your doctor’s referral letter are required as above.
- If using RSP HC Vouchers for part or full payment, your voucher record will confirm value of vouchers paid for and available to spend and balance of payment required. Complete the payment as required following any number of ways listed.
- Corporate clients must submit executive health plan provider consent to treatment form.
- Occupational health (OH) workforce need to complete employee OH referrer form signed by themselves and their line manager or company director.
- All other clients are advised to contact our helpful staff to discuss other payment methods. If required, submit a contact and medical self assessment form well in advance as possible prior to speaking to staff.
- You will need to send your signed payment consent and referral forms attached to your email sent to service@rsphealthcare.com prior to your appointment . You need to bring to your consultation originals of all documents such as: GP, NHS, LA or Hospital Referral Letter, Insurance Payment Consent Form, Health Records, Passport or Vaccination cards and other relevant documents medical verification.
- Your booking will be confirmed once we have documents authorising service.
Patients requiring confidential ‘out of clinic service’ in hotel, club, public office or at home must provide access, pass code or key or paid up venue details as applicable at booking.
Patients with disability are advised to speak to the office if booking service for the first time. We can visit you at your Home, Office and non traditional consultation venues.
- Home Care service can be indicated at booking and confirm before and if having an initial consultation. We can advice you about our clinics near you if accessing central London is inconvenient, and if London South and the SE is preferable to you.
- Home care service is available to suitable clients with mobility and other health issues affecting travel, and to the elderly accessing community health and social care service.
- Please confirm all relevant booking information, provide information about what other ways you may wish to access our service and any other request for your convenience.
- Clients may prefer we visit them at their holiday apartment, medic hotel or private club for their first and ongoing medical and non-medical consultation or advice service.
